1. About UDAL

UDAL is a baby care brand based in Coimbatore, India, offering premium skincare and clothing products designed with love, safety, and sustainability in mind. We currently ship across India and internationally.

2. Eligibility to Use

By using this site or purchasing from UDAL:

  • You confirm that you are at least 18 years old or using the site under the supervision of a parent/guardian.

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order.

3. Product Use Disclaimer

Our products are:

  • For external use only (especially skincare)

  • Designed with utmost care, but always do a patch test before full use

  • Not intended to treat or cure any medical condition

Consult your pediatrician or dermatologist before using any skincare products on infants with sensitive or allergy-prone skin.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹) for Indian orders and may convert to local currency for international customers.

  • We reserve the right to change pricing without notice.

  • Payments must be made using accepted payment gateways listed at checkout.

5. Shipping Policy

  • Orders are shipped within 2–3 business days (see full Shipping Policy for timelines and charges).

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

6. Return & Refund Policy

  • We accept returns only for damaged products, reported within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof.

  • No returns are accepted for used/opened items, skincare products, or sale items.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days upon approval.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement.

  • After 2 hours, cancellations will incur a 30% fee (for prepaid orders).

  • Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including images, product designs, text, graphics, and logo — is the intellectual property of UDAL Innovations.
Copying, reproduction, or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any illegal purpose

  • Try to gain unauthorized access to our systems

  • Misuse, abuse, or exploit our customer support channels

Violation may lead to termination of service without refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

UDAL is not liable for:

  • Any allergic reactions or sensitivities (always do a patch test)

  • Delays due to third-party shipping or customs

  • Errors due to incorrect address or information provided by the customer

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
